You acknowledge that we are not responsible for identifying or resolving all possible issues related to duplicate Google Business Profiles, existing penalties, filters, suspensions, or other factors that may limit ranking performance. Our standard review process includes only a basic audit focused on obvious or easily identifiable issues. If you require a more in-depth audit, this is available as a separate paid service. You further acknowledge that we are not responsible for performance limitations caused by, including but not limited to: existing penalties, website technical or coding issues, third-party SEO actions, unethical or conflicting work performed by others, or changes made to the account while our services are active. You understand that SEO and GBP ranking performance cannot be guaranteed, and that results may vary based on competition, market conditions, account history, and external factors outside of our control.
